Terms of Service

By visiting, browsing, registering, or placing an order on Colorina.shop (reachable at mail.colorina.shop), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue the use of this website and refrain from purchasing or downloading any digital content. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and purchasers of our digital materials.

Colorina.shop is a specialized online marketplace dedicated strictly to digital printable coloring books and digital illustration packs.

Our digital coloring files are prepared in industry-standard formats:

• Printable Adobe PDF: Formatted in standard 300 DPI high-resolution for home printers (Standard US Letter 8.5" x 11" and International A4).
• Digital Colorist PNGs: Transparent, high-definition line art files ready to import directly into digital painting apps such as Procreate, GoodNotes, Photoshop, Clip Studio, or ibisPaint.
• Bundled ZIP Archives: Provided for large collections and multi-book bundles for organized unzipping on Mac, Windows, iOS, and Android devices.

When you purchase or claim a free digital book from Colorina.shop, you are purchasing a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable Personal Use License to access, download, and print the artwork. You do not purchase the underlying copyright or ownership of the illustrations.

We know you want to start coloring immediately! Electronic delivery operates automatically 24 hours a day, 7 days a week:

1. Instant On-Screen Download: Immediately upon completing checkout, you are redirected to your order confirmation screen containing direct download buttons for each purchased title.
2. Automated Email Dispatch: A backup confirmation email containing your permanent secure download links and receipt is automatically sent to the email address you entered at checkout.
3. Lifetime Download Hub: If you ever switch computers, purchase a new tablet, or misplace your PDF files, you can retrieve them at any time by visiting our Customer Download Hub and entering your checkout email.

Please ensure your email address is spelled correctly during checkout. If you do not see the confirmation email within 5 minutes, please inspect your Spam/Junk folder or reach out to our team at support@colorina.shop.

All prices listed on Colorina.shop are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) unless explicitly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to adjust prices, launch limited-time bundle promotions, or discontinue products without prior notice.

Promotional Coupon Codes: Promotional coupons (such as our 50% welcome code WELCOME50) must be applied in the coupon field prior to completing checkout. Coupons cannot be applied retroactively to completed transactions. Each promotional coupon is subject to expiration and may be modified or terminated at our discretion.

Due to the intangible and immediate nature of digital goods (which cannot be physically returned or un-downloaded once delivered), all digital sales are generally final.

Our digital products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While all our coloring pages are rendered in ultra-crisp 300 DPI high-resolution for professional printing, Colorina.shop does not warrant that your particular home printer hardware, ink quality, or non-standard third-party viewing application will yield identical print tones.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Colorina.shop, its owners, or creators be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our digital files. Our total liability for any claim arising out of your purchase shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific product in dispute.

We take customer satisfaction and fair digital licensing seriously. If you have any inquiries, commercial licensing requests, or feedback regarding these Terms of Service, please reach out directly:
